Description
Built by the Great Western Railway and opened in 1902 the roundhouse shed at Croes Newydd, Wrexham was home to a variety of freight locomotives until closure by British Railways in 1967.
Here a trio of Pannier tanks 4645, 9610 and 9793 rest between local goods duties c1960.
