Ebbw Valley Steam - Crumlin Viaduct.
A Great Western Railway pannier tank 0-6-0 locomotive with an Ebbw Vale to Newport local train at Crumlin Low Level station in the late 1950’s. In the background a Pontypool to Neath train crosses Crumlin Viaduct. Built between 1853-1857 at a cost of £62,000 this famous 200 ft high landmark saw its last scheduled passenger train in June 1964. It was demolished in 1966.
The low level station reopened for passengers in 2008.
