This is Kevin`s tribute to the people involved with the A1 Locomotive Trust for completing the 50th A1 Class locomotive in 2008, after the previous 49 were scrapped with the demise of steam in Britain.
He has been inspired as a Railway Artist, by their achievement, to create this image.
Kevin`s interest in the A1 Class Locomotive, goes back to his childhood, and it is a joy for him to know that we now have, once again, a representative of this great Steam Locomotive Class, originally designed by A H Peppercorn.
