Jim Teague

Now working as a professional railwayman - Jim studied graphic design at Southampton Art College in 1983, he left just one year later having found employment at Old Oak Common as a secondman. In 1986 Jim transferred to Aberystwyth for steam work until closure in 1989 when he then moved on to Skipton for working steam specials following a brief spell at Leeds, Neville Hill depot.
Jim has lived in Machynlleth since 1992 - is married with 2 sons and continues to drive trains for a living.
He paints in a variety of media, mainly oils, about half of which are railway related, his work has been on show at many Rail-Art and open exhibitions.
