Bernard Jones

Bernard Jones was born in 1943.
From 1960 to 1964 he studied at Reigate School of Art, studying painting, drawing and print making which led to attaining his National Diploma in Design. From 1964 to 1966 he studied at Brighton College of Art.
His paintings are mainly in oils with some gouache, depicting mostly the railway scene during the 1950's and early 1960's.
He regularly exhibits at Bridgnorth Station on the Severn Valley Railway. There is also a semi permanent exhibition at Okehampton Station and at the Salar Gallery, Hatherleigh, Devon.
