Standing proudly amongst the muck and grime that was typical of Stafford Road engine shed in Wolverhampton is Castle class 4-6-0 No.7027 'Thornbury Castle'. It is 1959 and 7027, an Old Oak Common engine, has worked to Wolverhampton with a train from London Paddington. This locomotive is now preserved.
